Help Xolo find her feet

Our dog xolo had an accident and lost use of her back legs which absolutely devastated the family, our vet diagnosed a hairline crack in her sacrum, but he also said that he thinks she has slipped a disc in her spine, and will need to be referred to a specialist and possibly need surgery.  We have turned to everyone we can think of to see if they can help, with no success. So this is the only option open to us, xolo is improving slowly ,but my vet has said that her best chance of success is to see a specialist. So we are looking for help with her vet treatment ,she is only a week post accident and the mind is so willing, she has got the heart of a lioness ,we just need help connecting her massive spirit with her poorly  back paws .
