Replenishing All The Food Lost!

For almost 50 years, Idledale Church has been known as the little mountain church with a BIG community impact. 

We have been blessed to provide overstuffed food baskets, and a weekly food bank to families and individuals in need throughout the metro area each year.  But on September 29th we found that our nearly new commercial freezer had stopped working days earlier. 

Unfortunately, all the food, including hams, turkeys, and other perishables that we had been accumulating leading up to this years holiday season became a total loss. 

The part that failed in the freezer will cost the church over $1,000 to replace.  This on top of the lost food has set us back greatly for this year's holiday food drive.
