Remove the Mullet

Trimming the Lynchy mullet to raise much needed funds for the Hermann family.

There’s a good reason why Morning Bulletin advertising rep Peter Lynch has been growing his locks out and it's not to relive his early years when he did indeed rock a standout mullet.

When Pete heard about Cathedral College student Christian Hermann, who was paralysed by Guillain Barre Syndrome  in May,  he thought growing his famous, fashionable mullet to then be trimmed would be a quirky way to raise funds for the Hermann family.

Pete’s own son was in intensive care in Brisbane for about three weeks when he was six, so Pete knows the enormous cost families can face.

Christian is making great progress in his recovery, now running again and returning to TCC. He hopes to be playing rugby
league again in the new season.

Pete will trim the mullet in November and will donate the funds raised to the Hermann family.

Please help Pete raise the funds by donating what you can afford here.
