Remove Lydia's Wisdom Teeth

My wisdom teeth are partially impacted and a cyst has formed in my gums because of this. My insurance doesn't cover the procedure to remove them.

I am hoping to get them removed as soon as possible as they cause me near daily pain, but no later than December 2018.

This number is for the procedure with sedation, which is recommended by the doctor.
