Martha Helen Evans was born on November 6, 1975. Shortly after her birth she was diagnosed with Kidney disease. For 41 years she has faced every medical hurdle that came her way without complaint and with unfathomable courage. On December 16, 2016, her journey in this world came to a close.
She leaves behind a devoted husband of 20 years and two amazing daughters. While her family is carrying their grief as graciously as possible, a small gesture of kindness can go a long way in easing their transition into this difficult new phase of their lives.
Martha has reached out to so many of us through the years. She has been present to both cheer us on in our proudest moments and there to lift us in our lowest times. We ask that friends, family and loved ones help to honor her memory by assisting in carrying out her final wishes.
