Sylvia Marie Keiter was one of a kind. She lived all 25 years of her life to the fullest. Her smile and laugh were contagious and she loved fiercely. Sylvia was killed by a drunk driver 5/19/2018 while stopping to help a motorist on the side of the road. Sylvia was always one person who put others needs before her own. This fundraiser is to help Dee & Gary with the expenses involved in doing something they should never have had to do...bury their child. Please donate if you can and all donations will go directly to Dee Lybrand Wallace. We also ask that you pray for her family and friends.
