Relocating to be with Emma

I made the decision to relocate to Milwaukee to keep my baby next to his baby... sweet little Emma. Spinal meningitis has left her with severe brain damage. It's been heartbreaking in so many ways. nothing would make me feel better than making sure we are always by her side. It's the most difficult feeling to leave the hospital and to leave my son alone who's sleeping in her room next to her. We have a long road ahead of us and Emma will always be with Children's hospital of Wisconsin for all future medical needs: Dr's, Surgeons, Neurologists, speech & occupational therapists, and all others in her team. It's very hard to ask for help but not working much has really set me back! Especially being a single mama... really missing the two income household right now! But I got this!! Mama love is a fuel in itself! I'd much rather be home to do some fundraising but my family needs support and I'll do all I can to be there.
