Reliable transportation for Tracy

As most of u know I received a double lung transplant a year ago due to having IPF. I could never have received a greater gift than this and I'm forever thankful! Putting myself out here like this makes me want to puke but with some nudging from some friends I'm giving it a try. Truth is is that this journey has not been cheap by any means and there are so many things to go wrong and tons of bumps in the road with transplant. There r rare weeks wen I don't have Dr appts testing blood draws and rehab..I've been hospitalized more times than I even know and my income consists of less than $800 a month. Yes I live off of less than $800 a month. Ive driven the same car since 2006 and well it finally died and has not been dependable for a very long time so with all this being said and trust me I've never felt more like garbage than I do now for even asking..but if anyone could help even if its pocket change it adds up right? I truly need a dependable vehicle. I have nasty credit from past medical issues but I'm even willing to make a payment on sum thing it would have to b a small pmt but I figure it never hurts to ask even if asking is something u hate to do. At least maybe a prayer in the right direction as I currently battle sum moderate rejection issues as well as kidney issues. My fb family has gotten me thru so much.
