RELAXED IMMERSIVE THEATRE FOR THE YOUNGER AUDIENCE

Imajica Theatre organise a community pantomime project each year that enables local families access to high
quality, affordable theatre in the community. 

We hire a school's theatre for the weekend and through our fund raising, we are able to provide 60% of tickets for
families with children who have additional, educational and social needs. We offer complimentary tickets to
families who would normally find theatre difficult, we understand that some children and young adults find it tricky to sit in the dark and in silence. So we put on ‘relaxed’ theatre performances with soft house lighting and noise
levels, where families can leave and re-enter the theatre during the performance if they need to. We provide aisle
seats for those who need them and offer stage level seating for wheelchair access and those with sight and/or
hearing problems.  


To provide 100 seats per performance, we need to fund raise £1700 in total. We aim to do this via a number of different funding platforms; from friends and family support, local funding sources and asking local businesses to place adverts in our pantomime programme.



Each year many of our families return to support us and tell us how magical an experience it is for their children and how it makes their Christmas time a little more special.

As little as £6 will pay for one child to visit the pantomime this year... £24 will pay for a family of 4 to visit us. We are grateful for whatever you can spare.
