Recovery from heart attack woes

Was working two jobs and had a heart attack. Have lost the abilty to work what I have been. Have to be able to keep a roof over our heads and basic necessities. Have tried all the charitable organizations to no avail. Am an Army vet and the goverment won't help because bills are in her name. The stress that this puts on me is about to put me back in the hospital with another heart attack. It is also putting a very great strain on our relationship. I pray that we are able to get through this but it is killing me to not be able to make my obligations and give her and my family a decent Christmas. Please help me because I am at my witts end.
