victim of a scam

We are a very small family business. I started it so my son Jamie who suffers with a form of cerebral palsy would have a job and a future when i am no longer here. Anyway being the kind person i am i was helping a lady ship some of her stuff from Spain to the UK. Now i had receved emails from her and phone call and she was in a right state about getting her stuff. and asked for a quote i gave this to her and she agreed. Then two days later she emailed me saying " Thanks for your prompt response and assistance thus far.Please provide me your quote for pickup,delivery and installation services to my house in UK,as you are aware Taller De Arte Matiz is a shipping agent in Spain, in custody of my goods and did send me an email right about now,of which i believe a copy was also sent to you in explaining detail of the shipment. Reason is i already thought of paying the shipping agent with details of my card for demurrage and shipping fees ,they did just inform me that they do not have the facility to process a Credit card payment and they would prefer to receive there fees via bank transfer so shipment can commence asap ,so since you can accept a card payment,i just thought it wise to provide you with a one time joint payment for all charges." THIS IS WHERE I WENT WRONG
THEN she said there was a cost to relese her stuff but she would pay me if i could pay the costs. This she did and i sent the £5000 to spain from our bank. OMG this was the last we heard from her and now its landed that the visa card was stolen. So now i have to pay back this £5000 and we just do not have it as its in spain. I have just looked back over her emails and low and behold this was all done the week my father passed away. i even said sorry to her for not getting back to her one day due to my father passing and they still ripped me off.
My bank tried to get it back but you gessed it they have gone there account is empty. I am at my wits end as this could close us down and i will have let my son down for being so stupid. I am a proud man so its taken me a while to try this idea. Thank you for taking the time to read this and if you can help, i am very very greatfull.......
