Recover Damaged Flooring From Flood

Hello to all of our local community! My name is Daniel Kang, one of the current operators of In the Groove Studios in Oakland, Ca. I am reaching out in hopes to get some much needed assistance in restoring our once beautiful dance studio on Grand Avenue, but now damaged and almost unusable due to rain and flooding.
Over the years, the bad weather during Winter and early Spring seasons has taken toll on our wood floors. Heavy rain finds its way thru the roofs and cracks from the building and into the studio. Last year, we came out of pocket to replace the flooring in the front studio, however this year we are in much need of doing the same to the back studio as the floors are entirely warped and buckled together. We also are hoping to find a legitamate roofing expert to fix the issue once and for all. Roofing guys we hired previously only lead us to believe that their job was done correctly but unfortuntely it never was.
The money raised will be used to replace the flooring in the back, and repair the roofing in the back to prevent flooding from happening again. We were estimated about 8000.00 for new floors (by Empire Direct, includes installation, labor, removal and disposal of old floor, and materials) and about 500.00 for roofing costs. We rounded up to take account of any hidden fees, costs or extras we may need. All of our staff, our students, our renters, kids, and everyone who stops by at In the Groove would be so gracious for this. It would mean so much. We hope to get everything finished just in time for the new year, by January 2017.
