Newly widowed

My Aunt lost her husband on April 29, 2017. He was a great father, provider, and human being. Like many of the folks in America, he was not prepared to pass. Her name is Elizabeth and her husband was Jeffery. Jeffery was diagnosed with Scleroderma and had been on dialysis for the last 5 years. The disease hardens your organs and arteries. Jeffery succumbed to the disease after open-heart surgery on May 25th 2017. Jeffery fought but due to the toll it had done to his body and organs he passed with his family by his side on April 29th 2017. His wife Elizabeth is sick and has not been to a doctor in 20 years. Elizabeth raised a family and took care of Jeffery when he became sick. Jeffery was unable to get life insurance because of his disease. Elizabeth was left with nothing. Jeffery was disabled but Elizabeth will not be able to collect his disability because she has not been to a doctor in 20 years. Elizabeth put her family before herself. Elizabeth suffers from hypertension and many yet undiagnosed medical conditions. Please help Elizabeth. Jeffery was on ly 58 when he passed and Elizabeth is only 55.
