Repairing Conway Little League

I have set up a Go Fund Me account for Conway Little League as the ballpark was devastated by Hurricane Irma. As most of you know Conway LL is dear to my heart. Both my grandchildren have played there for years, my daughter has served on the Board and my late husband, Bob, affectionately known as Coach Popsie, was a volunteer and coach. Conway LL was our second home. I’ve written numerous articles for the Conway News about Conway LL and in those articles, I always explain that the league is privately owned and operated. That is why we are always looking for volunteers and sponsors. We don’t have the county or city coming in to do the clean up or do the massive amount of repairs that need to be done; we have to do the repairs ourselves and out of our own pockets. I know if Coach Popsie were still alive he would have been out there, as soon as the storm passed, helping with the cleanup efforts.

We would like anyone that can volunteer, or have services they can donate, to please come forward. If you are not able to, please find it in your hearts to make a donation thru this Go Fund Me account. Everything would be appreciated.
