Rebirth of Philosophia

On June 1st our beloved Sophia (Sophia Borrie, Sophia Sin, Philosophia) awoke to flames engulfing her warehouse. Being the total badass she is, calculated her movements and army rolled out her window onto a pile of succulents 6.5m below her.
Thankfully found quite quickly, Sophia was rushed to hospital suffering from facial and leg pains and broke her arm in five places. Considering the extremities of the event, she is incredibly lucky to have the injuries she has and thankfully is still alive, with humour to boot. She is currently in a lot of pain as surgery will not proceed until Tuesday. She will have limited mobility for some time.
Sophia and her housemate Nathan lost almost everything in the fire, including her beloved baby, Spirit the Cockatoo.
Sophia has been planning a major trip to Europe for early July to further her music career and has lost major items such as her computer, files, years worth of music and some extremely valuable programmes including her new Ableton Push and Native Instruments.
Thus far some basic items have been recovered for both Sophia and Nathan, but money is seriously needed to fund both of them to restart their lives. Sophia is in a public hospital but will still need to outlay a large amount of costs for ambulance, her stay in hospital, surgery and also the recovery period of healing and resting.
This has obviously been a highly traumatic experience for Sophia, Nathan, those close to both of them and the community at large who deeply love and support Sophia and Nathan.
She asks for privacy at this time and no visitors unless specifically requested. She is extremely grateful and slightly over whelmed by all your support and we ask for delicacy in her healing period when she exits hospital to ensure this is a smooth and gentle recovery.

In experiences like this, it is a blessing to remember the miracle that is life, the love we hold for those closest to us and the incredible experience of support from our community. Thank you for banding together in this time and everything that is being offered to us. In unity, we can do anything!
