The Family of Rebekah Vicknair is asking for help raising money for Rebekah and her family's medical and recovery bills associated with an accident that happen on Saturday October 22, 2016.
Rebekah was struck by a truck while trying to cross the highway. As of now she has already had three surgeries to control bleeding of her lacerated liver, she has small laceration to her spleen, left arm and leg is broken, pelvis will need plates and pins,bruising on her brain, she also has cervical spine and base of skull fractures, She is going to have at the least four more surgeries before the end of the week. Rebekah has a fiance' Jerry and 2 1/2 year old daughter Jaedyn, they are looking at a long road ahead of them. Rebekah was working two jobs in order to help with bills and up coming christmas for her daughter Jaedyn. Rebekah was on her lunch break so she walked to store across street. On her way back was when she was hit by the truck.
All donatons will be used to help with any expenses Rebekah has with her medical and recovery bills, the care of her daughter Jaedyn. It looks like it will be a year before she will be able to help her fiance' Jerry provide for her family. Rebekah is strong and a fighter her family will need the help of others to make it thru this accident that happened to them. We her family would greatly appreciate any and all help that is giving to this young family. We are also asking any blood donars to help with blood donation in Rebekah Vicknair's name to Lafayette Gerenal in Lafayette LA , since she had to use so much blood with the liver laceration she received. Please help our families all involved with as many prayers as can be given, all the prayers received helped us so far.
