An application to have all court and legal cost payable by Coronis as this was a situation out of our control and completely forced into by negligence and illegal operations of a Senior Proper ty Manager acting on behalf of Coronis, On the 29th of August Andrew Coronis received my complaint and email for help with a link to a album detailing everything with supporting documents and photos, not only did he not act on this, My phone calls to HQ were then turned away and forwarded back onto the offender attacking us, No manager from HQ would take my calls after that.
14/09 Today I have added a goal to reached that's enough to cover the minimum cost in seeking cost imposed on us by the negligence and illegal operations of Coronis, also seeking compensation off Coronis Headquarters after no due diligence shown and ignoring there legal obligations to oversea cont ract and that a common duty of care is taken an a fair agreement made and honoured. After sending many emails explaining the events to the highest managers across the board at Coronis Headquarters Lutwhcye, I received no support, not a single reply after sending an email of events to Andrew Coronis, I called to ask of a response from Simon Cox the highest manager in rentals, I was referred to simon from reception as best to contact, No one at headquarters was available to assist me in this matter and referred back to Sarah Heke, as she was the one in charge of this. Who has just manage to give my family and I the most stressful and agonising 14 months of our lives, not knowing if our home was safe or when it will be use against us again in a bribe to manipulate us into signing a legal contract
The way the System works can make or break you, and in most of the cases, the little man always fights a losing fight.
Travis is a father of one who is academically challenged and has taken a courageous stand against Coronis, a huge real estate agency that reduces people’s lives to mere numbers and statistics.
It all went south for Travis and his little boy when he lost his business and everything he worked so hard for, due to the illegal actions of this real estate agency trying to force them out of their home in a bid to retain a large investor as they quietly kick them out.

What this corporation has done to Travis is not a first, and certainly will not be the last. These corporations are taking advantage of the fact that people do not have the knowledge on the legislation parts needed, to actually stand a chance.

Above is a post from a friend I could not resist posting, it was lovely to see such love and care still in our lives.
It was father’s day and I lay here crying watching my 20 month old son playing and wondering why daddy is so upset.
Bleeding from the bowls for a second time in 6 months from stress and anxiety and have to go back into hospital as I have watched my business and everything I have worked so hard to be stripped away, with the illegal actions of a real estate trying to force us out of our home in a bid to retain a large investor and force us out quietly before the owner finds out.
I have spent thousands over 6 months making the house safe and presentable after we were entrapped into a lease in a home of hell with a newborn.
Coronis is willing to leave my boy homeless and without a father, I am academically challenged and find it so difficult to explain or write things. It's taken all day to write this and it still had to get edited, with already making the real estate well aware of my disability and its seems as though they are using their power and size to take advantage of us, in turn for higher profit and use my insufficient knowledge to keep us quiet and move us along.

during our tenancy I have passed onto Coronis Forest Lake senior manager Sarah Heke (the one in charge who we keep being told is the only person dealing with this) and Coronis Head office and to Andrew Coronis himself.
And they sit back and do nothing with every phone call to head office I am referred back to Sarah Heke who replied on Tuesday that the keys were to be returned and that she is going to apply for a warrant to repossess the house.

I have continually asked for help and every turn it's the same outcome. Coronis is a large Corporation, if you want to stay there get on a lease if you don't like the management then move.
Only now we have lost everything has QLD tenancy taken steps to have this dealt with after contacting them months ago and them referring me to a community based program to get help with filling out the necessary paperwork, whom have not returned my calls until a few days ago. Still, we wait unsure and even if do get the help, we are still left with the aftermath and no way to provide for my family.
Our rent is up to date and we always paid at least $5 extra weekly and the house is in 20 times better condition then it was when we got it.
I have kept every document and taken photos or videos of every step cause explaining things is not my forte.
I am so upset and exhausted, and sometimes feel I should have taken everyone’s advice, did what the real estate wanted and moved house’s without putting up a fight sweeping it under the rug, I would still have my businesses and health and provide for my family but it would have left me a burden knowing I have contributed to however many more people they have done or will do this to, that in itself is hard to live with.
I would like to make everyone aware of this so no one else falls into the same trap of what corporate greed can do.
And I need to ask for help, I'm not asking for money, although money can solve some problems, I'm not sure how much a lawyer would cost. We need someone with the time and knowledge of where to go and what to do when you are left with nothing, Just sharing this could find us a lawyer nice enough with the time who might help us get back what they have taken from us.
