Help for 9 month old Reagan

Reagan is now 11 months old. She is making progress in therapy. She is getting multiple daily sessions of speech, occupational and physical therapy. Her favorite is pool therapy! She is gaining control of holding her head again and is able to tolerate a little more food by mouth. The therapists and doctors seem pleased with her progress...she is determined to keep working hard and to keep making progress! Her story when we first start: Reagan is now a 9.5 month old and has severe life changing complications since being diagnosed with viral meningitis and viral encephalitis.  She has been in the PICU at RWJ New Brunswick, NJ, since August 15, 2019.  No one quite knows what happened, but one day Reagan was a typical 8 month old baby, laughing, spitting up and charming us all.  The next, she had a seizure.  She continued for weeks, unconscious, with a breathing tube, continued seizures and fever. Since the tube came out, things have not progressed as hoped.  Her amazing parents and sister have rallied behind her and each other.  They have worked so hard to stay positive and keep their family going. However, the bad news does not stop coming. Reagan's Mom's pay will stop completely at the end of September.  The medical bills haven't even begun to arrive. The impact of Reagan's illness will most likely mean physical therapy,  occupational therapy, and possibly specialized equipment for home and car.
There is no foreseeable date for Reagan to be leaving the PICU. Kennedy (Reagan's 2 1/2 year old sister) cannot understand why her baby sister can't come home, she doesn't yet realize that her little sister will struggle to meet the normal developmental milestones that we all take for granted.
