Memory walk for Alzheimers

after losing my great nan to Alzheimer's and dementia ive always wanted to help raiae awareness and give back to charities who help families involved and help find a cure etc and through this memory walk i can, but i need help raising some money as i cant do it alone. i hope you can all help me in some way by donating even the smallest amount, thank you to those who do, you have no idea how much it means to me
