Rapunzel's hair for Pieta House

€595 of €500 goal

I decided to grow my hair to donate for wig making. At the time for this transformation I also wanted to raise money for a charity. I have struggled with depression over the years. More recently my oldest son has struggled with mental health issues and thankfully he is coming through the worst. However not everyone has access to the specialist care required to help forge ahead through the bad times to re connect with the good times. I want to donate to Pieta House in Ireland . This non profit organisation provides specialist treatment for those struggling with suicidal thoughts and help for families bereaved through suicide.

2 weeks ago I had my hair cut and asked for donations from family and friends for Pieta House, Ireland. Between my GoFundMe page and monies donated in person I (for the collective we) have deposited 900euro to the cause. Many thanks to one and all who have donated.
