Ramsey the dalmatian is sick

If anyone has ever met Ramsey, they know that he is my best friend. He never wants me too far out of His sight and, frankly, I never want him out if my sight. I am his emotional support animal just as much he is mine. However, I recently failed him as a dog-mom. Something has taken over his body and the vets havent been able to figure it out yet. He's my baby and I will do anything for him. That being said, I need to ask for help because everything has become a little overwhelming.

Long story short:
Ramsey has a mystery illness and his body doesn't like it.

Long story:
I took my healthy, happy Dalmatian out for some exercise on Monday, April 15th. Nothing was out of the ordinary. We ran and walked a combination of about 2 miles. Still, nothing was out of the ordinary. I put him up for a little while, but something was obviously wrong when I went back later to get him. He couldnt really use his back legs and showed discomfort across his whole body. I took him to the vet the next day. Given the fact that he WAS healthy and suddenly overly stiff, the vet suspected pulled muscles or possible torn ACLs or possible ruptured CCLs because the xrays didn't show anything wrong with his bones. The vet and I decided to give him time to heal with the help of pain meds just in case he simply pulled a muscle.
However, he didnt get any better over the course of two days when the vet called to check on him. They prescribed a different pain med. Before I started that medicine, I noticed something else very troubling. His tongue was swollen, purple, and bleeding.
I rushed him back to the vet where they did some blood tests and found his platelet levels and red blood cell counts were dangerously low. They sent me to a different, more specialized animal hospital.
The new vet re-ran that test and confirmed those dangerous levels. He is currently staying the weekend at this vets office for testing and observation.

Overall, they dont know whats wrong with him. He doesnt have any outward signs of being bitten by a snake or spider or tick. He hasnt gotten into any poison (they tested him for rat poisoning but came back negative). Xrays havent shown any signs of bleeding so where are his platelets and RBCs going? They think maybe his blood is making clots and thats what caused his tongue swelling (which is necrotic). Possibilities are tick bourne diseases, cancer, autoimmune, or a handful of other disorders/illnesses.

Plan from here is to do blood and urine cultures, ultrasounds, and a handful of tests.

All I know is that I had a healthy dog on Monday morning. Now I have a very sick boy.

Anything is a welcomed help. My boy is worth every penny.
