Rambo Needs His Teeth Pulled

My name is Adam and this is my first ever attempt at starting my own fundraiser. I'm hoping this goes relatively smooth and can give me that same sense of incredibe gratitude and fulfillment that I'm certain many of this website's users are also looking for. But of course this isn't about me. This is about my dog.
This dog came into my life at 1 in the morning during my 40 minute commute home from work to my family's cottage. It was on a long, dark country road where I found him walking through the mud, covered in burrs and drenched from the rain.
Upon stopping, I quickly learned that he was a well behaved dog, responded to simple commands, and was very happy to see me. Of course, I took him home.
So I cleaned him up. Shampood him. Brushed him. Fed him. Loved him. And, as it happens, I have assumed ownership of him. His new name is Rambo.
(Note that the local humane society has processed his description through their system as a 'found dog', but has not contacted me in more than 2 weeks. Also, he is not chipped.)
I have been happy to provide for Rambo in every way that I can. This has included expenses surpassing $600 in the few weeks that I've had him, and the reason I'm here is because I can't afford to give him the 1 thing he now needs the most.
The majority of his teeth have been dulled down due to years of neglect and no shortage of rock chewing. Two of his teeth are now beginning to rott, both of which have their roots fully exposed by this time.
He is in pain, and he finds it hard to eat, and he is now underweight. Pulling these teeth is going to cost me $1378, mostly due to the general anesthetic.
This is where you all come in. I need your help to get Rambo's teeth pulled so he can begin to start his new life as a healthy and happy dog with his new loving family.
