Rallying for Gala

As Gala Scott’s family, we are rallying around her as she takes the first steps into a very challenging time. While every journey starts with a single step, we are preparing for a marathon.

On Wednesday, her world got rocked off its axis a little bit when she was diagnosed with Stage 4 small-cell lung cancer that has spread to her brain. She stands firm in her faith as she prepares for the upcoming months of treatments. Her only hope is for a reasonable quality of life which will afford her the ability to spend more time with her children and grandchildren.

To say this woman’s love is bigger than life, is definitely an understatement! Her love for the Lord overflows in to every part of her life. She loves her family unconditionally, her parents, her brother and sisters, her children, and her grand babies absolutely mean the world to her.
