Our beloved Raiyn passed away yesterday 2/23/2019 at Mass General Hospital. Raiyn was 29 years old. Raiyn suffered all of his life with a rare blood disorder, a disorder that brought so many complications to his health and caused him to be in so much pain. All Raiyn wanted was to live and to give and receive love. Raiyn was a child that always struggled to fit in to feel excepted,he was a sensitive person. He was special,he was rare.
Raiyn shared with me about a year and a half ago how God changed his life , how Jesus saved him. He said he for most of his life hated who he was ... until he found Jesus! Jesus changed everything,for the first time in his life Raiyn said he loved who God made him to be!
His mother Maria was by her son his whole life and into his adulthood, she was his caregiver and his advocate. She cared for all his needs and held his hand through every struggle.
Now at this time I’d like to ask for some help from my friends and family. Maria needs to bury her dear son and I know she doesn’t have means to do so. Her life has been very difficult financially with the burdens of traveling to and from Boston to be by her sons side. On Wednesday night she was traveling back from Boston very late,it was a snowy night and she spun off the road. Her vehicle drove into a ditch and had to be towed and is now unable to be driven... adding to all her burdens. I pray that you find it in your hearts to donate and help Maria bury her dear son.
