Raising money to have back surgery

I have been dealing with back issues for over a year because I am not able to afford to have back surgery. Tried steroid injections and therapy but after have an MRI done on my spine they said my lower disc near my pelvis is basically gone and it is bone on bone now. The only option is to fuse The two lower vertebrate together with a plate and screws. The cheapest place I could find to have the surgery is in Dallas and they have scheduled me for June 20th but I am needing to come up with at least $3000 and they will be able to do it. We live paycheck to paycheck and for us that is a lot of money. I am asking everyone if they have anything to spare it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. I hate doing this but it seems like I am running out of options and the surgery date is only a little more than 2 weeks away
