We, the Vang family, are raising money for our beloved Mina’s funeral. Anything will help us to give Mina a nice funeral and proper burial. Any kind of donations will means so much to the Vang family, as this is such an unpredictable tragedy.
Mina Vang, a beautiful, young, innocent, happy soul was called back home to be with our Heavenly Father on Monday, March 20th, 2017 after she was struck on Butler and Armstrong on her way to her school bus stop. She was the funniest and dorkiest 12 years old that you will ever know. There was never a dull moment with her. Growing up, Mina struggled making friends because she was often shy and brief in conversation. Like a flower in spring, Mina started to blossom and made many friends while attending Sanger School District at WAMS. She was very happy and looked forward to go to school every day to see her friends. She never ask for anything much. She never complains or demands for the fine things in life. She stayed drama free and lived life as it comes. As humans, we often forget to appreciate the little things in life that matters the most, and Mina is a child who taught us that. As long as she was healthy, had food on the table, and clothes on her back then she was happy and satisfied. You will often see Mina holding a bag of Hot Cheetos and a bottle of Cocoa-Cola wearing the biggest smile on her face. She is a great sister, awesome aunty to her nephews and nieces, and loving friend to many. She will never be forgotten. She will remain in our heart forever and always. She is one of a kind.
