We are proud to say we have made history and it is the first time a team from the East Side has won the Washington State Pro Start Invitational. We are now headed to Washington, DC in May to represent the State of Washington in the National Pro Start Invitational. Help us continue to make history......
We need your help to "RAISE THE DOUGH SO WE CAN GO". All funds will go directly to the Mt. Spokane Culinary Team to cover costs associated with travel and competition.
This years team consists of five first-time team members and one team

The following was reported by the Spokesman Review March 14th, 2019.
"Imagine a three-course meal. Pumpkin ravioli with wild mushroom filling, followed by pan-fried quail with warm black barley salad and lastly, citrus cheesecake made with goat cheese and drizzled with raspberry coulis. Now imagine preparing this feast on a butane camp stove and cooking it in front of judges, and an audience."

We are also planning an upcoming event to support the Mt. Spokane Culinary Team. Tickets will go on sale March 20th and will include a three course dinner featuring the Pacific Northwest Menu that won the team the Washington State Pro Start Invitational. Tickets are available for $75/each and the event will be a full culinary experience with silent auction.
