Raise the Roof! (Tax deductible)

At Circle Players in Piscataway, NJ, we are extremely excited to plan our 2016-2017 season, which represents our 65th year as a non-profit community theatre.  For almost seven decades, we have specialized in bringing a variety of theatrical works—classical, contemporary, musical—to our intimate, 60-seat space.  

But as our organization has grown and matured, our building has suffered the wears of time. And despite numerous repairs to our roof over the past decade, we need to replace the roof in order to ensure we are able to continue bringing unique, challenging, top-notch theatre to the Central New Jersey community.

Our goal is to raise $23,400 to cover the cost of roof replacement by July 1, 2016 so that work can commence over the summer months. Please remember, that Circle is a certified 501(c) 3 organization so any donations made through this campaign are completely tax deductible, and all donors will receive a letter from Circle confirming their donation for tax purposes.

·         As our total donations increase, we will announce special events at the theatre to celebrate several fundraising milestones. Once we reach each milestone, these events will be announced here, on our website, and on our social media accounts.

·         Additional interim milestone events may be announced as the campaign continues.

·         Donations over $25 receive a personal note of thanks from our Managing Director, as well as a memento expressing our gratitude.

·         At the end of the fundraising campaign, a reception for donors who have contributed $100 or more will be held at the theatre.

(Please note that, while raising capital funds for the roof replacement project is our most pressing financial priority, Circle does reserve the right to allocate donated funds to other expenses as they deem necessary. )
