Raise the Roof on the new Full-Boar MC Clubhouse

This is a direct appeal to anyone who has ever partied, had a beer with or ridden with the Full-Boar Motorcycle Club, anyone who has ever been shown a good time at the Clubhouse in the Charotterie, been to or worked at a Full-Boar event or is friends with a Full-Boar member!
If this is you, then you probably know that our home of fifteen years, the town clubhouse, has been added to the list of Guernsey institutions that will no longer be opening its doors.
Fortunately for the club, in its infancy, someone had the foresight to look forward, through the haze of party smoke and somehow made a sensible suggestion to invest in small piece of infrastructure that could one day be put to good use.
Skip forward many years, the Full-Boar is about to celebrate its 20th anniversary as the boldest if not the oldest MC on the rock. Over the years the club has hosted events such as the Hogwash, the Party at the Point and Lock-In Guernsey, it's raised in excess of £60,000 for charities such as the Guernsey Cheshire Home, the Oakley Waterman Caravan Foundation, Les Bourges Hospice, Helping Jonah Helping others, St Johns Ambulance and the Sarah Groves Foundation.
Its members have undertaken challenges such as the Tour De Sez cross continent ride, working in rural Lesotho for Skillshare International and the Merzouga Rally as well as countless court battles - won and lost!
Sadly, due to all this partying, philanthropy and p***ing around we forgot to save any money to build our clubhouse!
With this in mind for the next 12 months we will be fundraising to the target of £100,000 to build our clubhouse. Before we roll out the dirty calendars and start baking cakes, we are appealing to you - the Guernsey public, keep us out of your locals, for the good times (or the bad), for the memories and for the laughs, dig deep, tell us your best story from the old place and give generously! Every donor will be on the guest list on opening night!
