Raise the Roof (Erik's Roof)

Everyone knows Erik. He's a solid guy. He volunteers at your Roller Derby. He fixes your computer. He makes your ice cream from scratch. He recommends your SciFi novels. He advocates pretty tirelessly for the common good in real life and on social media. He cares for an aging mother.

But something in Erik's life isn't so solid- his house roof. Last winter's heavy wind, hail, and general crap weather have severely damaged it.  Without a solid roof, he will lose his house.

Insurance will cover many of the costs, but a $1,000 deductible remains. This is a bridge too far for Erik to cover on his own. 

And winter is coming.

It's coming fast.

Let's help one of the most decent men we know have a decent, safe, warm home. This need is urgent, real, and not through any fault of his own.
