Rachel's Medical Fund

This GoFundMe is for my mom's friend from her work. Rachel West has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and has been given 6 months left to live. She first got breast cancer but later progressed to 4 masses being found on her brain. It has been a journey for her and her family. She is dearly loved by anyone who encounters her or even has a chance to talk with her. I am currently trying to raise money for her medical funds and final expenses.  Also, for her memorial and burial costs.  I also want to help her son and only granddaughter by giving them the money raised. All Rachel wanted was to watch her 3 year old granddaughter to grow up and always be there for her. Both of them mean the world to her. I know how thankful and happy she would be for her family to have money to pay for her final expenses. I am only 13 years old. The reason this means so much to me is because I want Rachel to live her final months without worry of expenses and how her family is going to be without her there. I would be beyond thankful for every contribution no matter the amount given.
