Extended recovery from extreme surgery

Crystal is a 35 year old former dispatcher for 911/medevac. About 5 years ago, she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of uterine fibroids. Since she has had two myomectomies, and several surgeries to remove scar tissue and fluid. Her life has been extreme agony, as she also has endometriosis an suffers from ovarian cysts. The pain has become so much, that she can no longer work a shift sitting or standing, and had to give up her job as a mail carrier. 
At this point she has lost her federal insurance, and is awaiting her husband's insurance from work to kick in so that she can have a hysterectomy to keep the tumors at bay. She currently has 5 tumors in varying sizes, and needs the surgery to take them out an prevent her from further developing.  Unfortunately, that will not be until the first of the year. Once he insurance does begin, the deductible is $4500, and without being able to work, Crystal and her husband James are barely able to make their bill payments, let along come up with the $4500 to pay for the deductible which must be met before the surgery can even be scheduled. 
Crystal will be able to return to a semi normal life once the healing process has finished, but emotionally this woman who has always wanted to be a mother will never be the same.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
