Get Steph Home

Our beloved Stephanie (Wilson) Hilderbrand has been battling Ovarian Cancer since January 2017.  After diagnosis, Steph underwent major surgery, followed by a round of chemotherapy.  For 6 months, Steph experienced a period of "remission".  Unfortunately, she would soon be called back to the battlefield. Since that time, Steph has persevered through numerous rounds of chemo and drug trials.  In June of this year, her local oncologist offered her no other options and sent her home with a pain pump.  Unwilling to settle, Steph's father stepped in and encouraged Steph and her husband to seek other options. In late June, on a travel bed in the back of an SUV,  Steph made the 10+ hour trek to MD Anderson in Houston, where she remains under medical care.  

Unfortunately, the 10 radiation treatments gave only marginal and temporary relief lasting a couple days.  The MDA team now echoes that they too are out of options and are working to get her stabilized and back home to Memphis.  The challenge now is Steph's current state and inability to sit or move. Absolute muscle weakness, unstable vital signs and continuous high level pain.  The Dr has vetoed car travel, commercial flight and now angel flight due to her inability to sit at all.  HOWEVER - He has okay'd a MEDICAL FLIGHT.  HUGE PRAISE but with a $10k+ private pay price tag. And this is where we need your help friends and family.  We need to get Steph home ASAP. For her comfort, her peace and her people.  In faith, we are believing for and moving  towards Thurs Aug 8 as her FLY HOME day.  Payment in FULL must be made BEFORE the flight...so time is of the essence. 100 people giving $100 would do it yall.  EVERY dollar adds up, no matter how big or small.   If you can give, we'd be eternally grateful.  We know our God is GOOD and trust Him as our Way-Maker.
