Hello, everybody. My name is J. L. I'm opening up this Go Fund Me to help with current and upcoming medical expenses. For the past two months (as of May 20th, 2019), I've been experiencing worrying symptoms from pain to tingling across my body. So far, the doctors have found nothing and say that I have severe anxiety that's causing my complaints. Regardless of the origins, this chronic discomfort has had a large impact on my quality of life.
Friday, May 17th, 2019 - I had an anxiety crisis and ended up in a crisis centre for counseling. I will be seeing a psychiatrist and therapist to help me with the emotional part of my quest, but the physical part of my quest is under investigation. Blood tests, EKGs, ultrasounds, and examinations have been done trying to locate any other source of my concerning symptoms. As my treatments and appointments continue, I will need support in affording care.
Wednesday, May 29th, 2019 - Went in for an MRI of my brain. The experience was not long or distressing as I feared.
Friday, May 31, 2019 - Saw a psychiatrist, and I'm not on anti-anxiety / depression medication in hopes some of my issues will start to go away.
Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019 - Have new appointments coming up, and got a big surprise that my cardiologist appointments are NOT covered. ... Yay...
Not only do I need help for bills already stacked, but those soon to come. The goal may raise over time, but I will show evidence of the accumulating total best as I can. All I can say for now is that I appreciate any assistance and compassion on this journey to wellness.
