"Murphy" Film Fund Raising

Murphy is a film about a young man who grapples with the fact that his high school glory days are behind and his imminent reality is a life of responsibility for his growing family.  The script was written by Erik Rollins, a native of Murphy, North Carolina. His motivation for writing the script was to examine the confines of small town life but also to encourage young people to explore life beyond the town limits. The film is directed by Conor Fricault, the Director of Photography is Regina Lacarrubba and Erik Rollins is the Producer.

As student filmmakers, we believe that ideas and fantasies can be brought to reality.  We have all been impacted so much by the art of film, that we aspire to the excellence of Spielberg or Coppola. We know for a fact that dreams come true through hard work and dedication.  So with the aid of our friends and family, we can bring this dream to life.  Please invest in this project and our futures.
