My name is Caitlin, but to the internet my name is Koi.
For 3 years now I have been creating a video game, named Qui Domi, an RPG where you fight monsters under the bed. The demo has been out for a year, and you can download it to see it for yourself here: https://rpgmaker.net/games/7443/

It has been my plan since the beginning to release it for free, but the reality of game development is that it is not free to make. While I am the main game dev for Qui Domi, doing the writing, audio design, world building, programming, and art, I have someone else who does something just as important: The music. Her name is Ela Destler https://soundcloud.com/elanchana/
All but two tracks in the demo are created by her, and she has allowed me to pay her in art for all this time. But she deserves to actually be paid, and it's what she needs as a graduate now living on her own.

And as for me, I am soon to be a graduating senior with a similar future ahead of me. I want to keep the final product free for everyone, but I am running out of time to be able to work on the project without monitary gain.
There is no deadline for the funding, nor is "goal" a true end goal. Any donation is a good donation, even just one dollar.
This project is a labor of love, and means the world to me. And I will be so thankful to know that this project means something to you as well.
