Batteries needed for Medical Health

We sold almost all of our farm animals and saved for a year to buy batteries to have electricity. We trusted the wrong person on C-list and we were scammed by this person.
I am disabled and my husband shattered his legs and ankle a few years back.
We cannot raise the money we need to replace our batteries. After dealing with this person for almost a year we have not gotten anywhere with him; only lies and false promises, dates to meet him an he says he has the money to exchange and then he will back out or say he doesn't have all the money when he said he did , so we wait and then it is more lies and excuses .
This is the Year the batteries were lot dated 93
I have Sleep apnea and sleep with a bi-PAP at night and naps, because I stop breathing 286 times a night. With sun is it down to 58 times a night thank God. I had no bi-PAP as the batteries he sold us were not almost new as he said, they were actually 22 years old and were bad! So for over a month I was without my bi-PAP, and my health declined fast, threatening my life with Very High blood pressures, hypertension, anxiety, and insomnia.
I thought, "This is it... I am going to die because of this corrupt person. "
He did not care about us being elderly or on SSI and a fixed income, and the time it took us to raise the money for new batteries.
He Did Not Care about another person's life or what it was doing to our health.
So this is why we need HELP.
With help we can get through the next winters to come.
We live in the mountains and without sun we have no energy.
