Sexual Health Education for Richmond Youth

Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit my students at Manzanita Charter Middle School.  As of right now, the 8th graders at my school do not receive sexual education before entering high school. Currently, in the state of California, it is required that all 8th graders have sex-ed. Due to this, I am raising funds for Planned Parenthood programming for 8th grade students. Right now, my students do not have access to the resources or information regarding consent, STI's, birth control, etc. that they need in order to make informed decisions about their own sexual health. Not only does this fail to abide by California health education standards, but it is also down a great disservice to students as they enter high school.  Please consider donating, as it will not only go towards my students sexual education health, but also towards Planned Parenthood California.
