Greetings all!
Your student of chiropractic is back and I am excited to share this great opportunity that I have come across with you guys. Many of you have already heard about it, but for those who have not I am here to inform you of the blessing that I have received. I will travel to the historic Hayward Field in Eugene, Orgeon to participate in the USA Track and Field Championships that will take place June 25-28. That's right! Home of the Ducks at the University of Oregon baby! That's right too! USA Track and Field! As a former track athlete I am MIND BLOWN by this opportunity! As a chiropractic student this opportunity is a dream come true and I am so excited to add this "tool" into my "tool box" as well as humbled. During this trip, three of my fellow peers and I will work with the athletic medical care team to help provide the best resources of care to the athletes during the duration of this important meet. As students, we will greet the athletes and provide proper directions so these elite athletes can get the care that they need with as little trouble as possible. We will also have the chance to learn from the best doctors within the profession and gain valuable experience that will better us in the future as we begin practicing as licensed practitioners. This account was created to help with the expenses put forth to make this trip happen. As a full time student every penny counts as I am limited in my source of income due to my dedication to school. However, I am truly grateful for any support that I receive no matter the form in which it is received. The prayers, well wishes, and sharing of this post helps just as much as a monetary donation. I thank you all for those who have supported me thus far in my journey and pray that I continue to give you all reasons to continue your support for me in the future.
