He was a bright soul whose light was extinguished far too early.
We, his family, are reaching out to friends and family and all who are able to contribute financially.
The reason we are doing this is because Jagger did not have life insurance.
And Jagger passed away in Florida and most of our family is in PA.
All donations will go to Jagger's funeral, burial and memorial service and any other unforeseen necessary expenses that our family will need to meet.
