Our chance to own a restaurant

A friend of mine and I have an opportunity to buy into a successful restaurant whose current owners wish to retire. The numbers are solid, it just needs an updated menu, energy and a talented hungry chef! (Me) The money I am raising is to buy into the business, the owners are willing to finance the rest at a low rate, with excellent lease terms on the building. They own the small mall that the restaurant anchors, so it is in their interest to pass the restaurant to someone who can grow the business. My business partner, Larry Racies,  is an ex marine with management and restaurant experience and who owned and operated a construction company for many years.  Together, we will grow the business by adding delivery, catering, brunch and breakfast service, as well as my own additions to the menu.  We have worked for years to have this opportunity.
