Help fund my trip to Boston

Leah was nominated to delegate at the Congress for Future Physians & Medical Scientists in Boston. She has been raised by her grandparents and has been an exceptional student. She also currently serves as church secretary for our church's youth group and has been inducted to the National Honor Society at Arrowhead Medical Academy.
She has received a letter of recognition from Governor Susana Martinez for the nomination and her excellent academic achievements. She has also received letters congratulating her from the House of Representatives and Congress. She volunteers her services at Casa Bella, an assisted living care facility and Good Samaritans. She also volunteers her services at IECE She is a straight A student and very much desires to go Boston.
We paid the $1000 fee but in November Leah's grandfather had surgery and later lost his job. Leah's grandfather is not back working as is Leah's grandmother but they cannot raise the money needed for the airplane ticket, hotel and other expenses.
The airplane tickets are approximately$700, the hotel is $1000 and money is needed for food and Uber for the three days of the event. The event starts June 25 and goes through June 27 of 2018.
Leah will appreciate any funds you would be willing to help with, as would her grandparents.
