East Oahu Lifeguard Association

Aloha! We are raising money to form the East Oahu Lifeguard Association into a non-profit organization. The East Oahu Lifeguard Association or "EOLA" is a group of ocean lifeguards that work out of the windward side of Oahu. Our main goals are to provide support for the Hawaii Junior Lifeguard Program, raise ocean safety awareness in the community through education and events and also to ease the burden of government in supplying our lifeguards with quality equipment to perform their duties. Becoming a non-profit organization will allow us to recieve donations from supporters with tax exemption, and in turn help us to acheive our goals. With Hawaii's tourism industry booming, our shorelines are becoming busier than ever before with visitors and residents in-fluxing our beaches and exploring new areas often times putting themselves in dangerous situations. Our lifeguards around the state work hard to keep these people safe and deserve to be appreciated, which is why we want to join the few non-profit organizations that support these individuals. If you would like our ocean playground to be a safe enjoyable place now and for future generations please help and support the East Oahu Lifeguard Association. Mahalo!
