My Father's Cremation Expenses

Hi everyone, I am looking for your help to raise money in order to pay for my father Paul Dion's cremation. My father passed away unexpectedly on March 18th 2015 at 62 years old due to a massive heart attack. He had no life insurance policy in his name, and did not have any money saved up in case of such an event.  My father had been struggling with money for a few years, since he was on disability due to spinal stenosis and unable to work. He was on a fixed income and was barely keeping up with his finances due to the overwhelming number of bills that flooded his front door each week. I tried to help my father as much as possible with his finances, but it was very hard due to the amount of debt he was in already. This has been really hard on my brother and I because my dad was the only family we had left. My mother passed away in June of 2002 also from a major heart attack, and my father was never the same after my mom passing. My brother and I have not taken the passing of either of my parents lightly, and it is something on our minds every single day. But, we know that they are both in a better place now and they have been reunited and that is all my father has wanted since the day my mom passed. Unfortunately now that he is gone, the cremation bill is being passed off to me and my brother Matt. Neither me or my brother have the money to pay for the cremation as we are both just barely surviving off of our incomes as it is. This is why I am asking for your help in raising the $2,500 to be able to give the funeral home the balance owed. Once they have all the money they will release my father's ashes to me and my brother and we will be able to burry my father right next to my mother.
