Ambulance Transportation

I fell and fractured my hip (femur) at Orlando SeaWorld  on August 17th.  I am in Orlando Regional Medical Center where I had surgery on Sunday the 19th of August. I have been referred to an inpatient rehabilitation center at my home in Lebanon, TN. I am not able to be transported in my car or by plane due to not being able to walk on a Walker. The doctors here in Orlando recommend transportation by ambulance. Unfortunately,  my insurance won't approve this transportation. It is very expensive and we (me and my 87 year old husband) simply do not have the money to get us home. We got several quotes from ambulance companies and this was our cheapest quote.This is certainly an expense we had not planned on.
