Rescue the Orange Cat!

This is Orange Kitty. He and his beautiful grey sister were abandoned on the streets of Punta Santiago just before Hurricane Maria struck almost one year ago. Still kittens, they managed to make it on their own for this long, but they are desperate for a home. Soon after I arrived here, they began to follow my dog and I on our walks, until one day Orange kitty just decided he was moving in. He has slept with my dog and I most nights since. It wasn't long after that his sister summoned her courage and followed.  Their love for home life is obvious...they can often be found rolling around on the floor playing with eachother, my dog, or a piece of string. Other times you might find them eating or cuddling. These amazing little creatures are done with the street life, but they need your help. In order to close this chapter of their lives they need two things:

1) A New Home
2) Money

These kitties need vet visits and a plane ticket, and they need it soon. My 10 weeks here are coming to a close, and I do not intend to leave these angels behind. If just 100 people each donated the price of one starbucks coffee, we would have enough to send these kitties into their better life. But even if you have nothing to spare, you can still help!

Any donations that do not go to these cats will go towards Punta Santiago Dogs Rescue who are currently in the process of rescuing several dogs, and are also desperate for support.
