PTSD Sufferer- Service Dog Needed

I'm a young mom suffering from PTSD, GAD, and Social Anxiety. I have my doctor who has prescribed me to obtain a service animal which as proven to be harder than I anticipated as much organizations only service first responders or veterans. I'm raising the money so I may obtain a young, healthy pup for the purpose of aiding me in my life long recovery. The money will be used for the purchase of the puppy and the initial training. I have a sponsor already who will be doing the more aggressive training for me once the basics are done. Obviously proof of purchase and receipts will be posted to prove where the money is going. Also I have my doctors note as well which is available and I will likely be posting that publicly. I need the funds within the next few months. I've been struggling for over 10 years with mental health issues, but a past abusive relationship has left me struggling daily and barred me from employment opportunities. Having a service dog to aid me 24/7 will be a huge weight lifted off my shoulders, and will give me my independance back. I've reached out to my local churches and charities also and will post updates if I receive funding from anywhere else. Though so far I have not gotten any responses. I really appreciate any help that is put forth. It's greatly needed and greatly appreciated if you do.
