Eoin's Smile for a Trike

My son Eoin, age 6, has cerebral palsy, it affects him mainly with global developmental delay and epilepsy. He can walk short distances but he has a very unsteady gait and therefore finds himself off balance.
We would love to get him a specialised tricycle but the quote has come in a lot higher than we expected at just under £1500. It is made specially for him but a massive amount of money.... But he would gain so much from this equipment mainly fun but independence as it means in the better months he can go outside and join in with his sisters and brother and all his wee friends where he lives. The smile on his face when he tried a trike in school was absolutely priceless and I would love a permanent smile like that on it in Summer.

A group of wonderful ladies from my VIEFIT classes are running the relay together in the Belfast Marathon at the start of May and they have agreed that we can do it to help raise funds for Eoin's trike.
Also our fantastic instructor Tracey O'Donnell is running the 50 mile Ultra Marathon again this year and is going to help raise funds for Eoin's trike. 

I ask you all from the bottom of my heart to help us raise the £1500 and bring that smile to Eoin's face.
