Psi Delta 'Hit The Bricks' 2018

Donation protected
Due to sanctions handed down by the university, Psi Delta Chapter was not granted permission to participate in the annual 'Hit The Bricks' charity drive run around the quad, which benefits the university's Brian Piccolo Cancer Fund Drive. Members of various campus organizations circle the quad with bricks in their backpacks, accumulating laps in the spirit of friendly competition, and of Brian Piccolo, as well as raise money for the fund.  So, in the name of cancer research, of community, and of brotherhood, we decided to run anyway. With the support of a vast majority of our peers, the active brothers circled the quad for the duration of the event, together, and amassed over 390 laps. For our gratitude and support of the community, the legacy of Brian Piccolo, and the work of those at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center’s Comprehensive Cancer Center, we want to raise our own money to match, and hopefully surpass, the highest donation of any other donation on campus. In the name of Pro Humanitate and Kerothen Philoi Aei, we need your help to meet our goals. Our bar is  lofty, but we believe that we can come together, like we did as we circled the quad, and adequately display our support for the aforementioned through our contribution. Thank you!

*The donations will be privately delivered to Wake Forest Medical's Comprehensive Cancer Center as apart of the School's donation pool.
