Project: Back Pack

Donation protected
After the success of the Black Panther Challenge, I am calling out to you all again to come through for the kids in Philly one more time.

According to the National Retail Federation, parents-of K-12 students will spend an average of $669.28 per child on back to school expenses. This total is inclusive of items such as new clothes, shoes, and of course, your basic supplies. Inspired by "Pack Your Back" (a non-profit organization which works to supply various resources to citizens of Flint, MI) Project: Backpack is all about helping relieve some of the addition strain these expenses may cause on families.

What is the goal?
I' m looking to raise enough to put together at least 100 backpacks to be distributed to families in Philadelphia school districts. Some potential costs:

Backpacks: $40-$50
Pens: $5

Education is important. Let's supply these kids with the tools the need.
